Upgrading Citrix Components
When it comes to upgrading the Citrix components, it is a bit of a struggle to find the upgrade path for old running versions of various Citrix components like Controller or Storefront.
Unfortunately, Citrix does not provide an upgrade path matrix similar to Broadcom VMware or Fortigate FortiOS. You have to struggle to find the exact upgrade path. the last upgrade I did for a customer I created a small table, so thought it will be helpful.

Issues encountered during the upgrade
1. I had an issue with the NetScaler License. It lost the license after the upgrade. Citrix License website was not able to generate the new license, so I had to call Citrix to get a new license.
2. Citrix license - Licenses were missing, so I had to re-download the licenses and readd it.
